Installation technicians are paid hourly
Sales are paid on commission.
Gutter technicians,
full time  paid weekly . Steady money opportunity for hard-workers with a quality mindset.  We work Monday through Friday, depending on the weather. We generally meet in Azle , or at Fort Worth at the company shop.
What we are looking for is a young guy who enjoys construction and the outdoors we do mainly gutter work, but we do other projects sometimes as well
We are not looking for somebody who has their own company. we are looking for somebody that can grow with us Most of the work is local, but there are opportunities for some travel. Company provides all accommodations on travel.
 Requirements.  Must be open and teachable to the way that we do gutters. Non-smokers. No excessive face jewelry or heavy, tattoos that can’t be covered. We maintain a clean trustworthy environment and clean trucks. Drug users will not be considered. If you are late more than once, within the first week you will be let go.
We are a mainly Christian group and try to keep a wholesome environment.

Also, if you try to pre-negotiate, pay without showing up and showing what you can do, you will also not be considered . Just show up to work do your job and you will get it taken care of. all my guys know me as pretty generous
