Job Description:
As a handyman specializing in fence building and maintenance, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the appearance and functionality of our clients' properties. Your duties will include:
- Fence Building: Constructing new fences using various materials, ensuring they are sturdy, level, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Staining: Applying stains to fences to protect and enhance their appearance, ensuring an even and professional finish.
- Power Washing: Cleaning fences and other exterior surfaces using power washing equipment to remove dirt, grime, and mildew.
- Repairs: Performing repairs on damaged or deteriorating fences, including replacing boards, fixing posts, and addressing any structural issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a handyman with expertise in building, staining, power washing, and repairing fences.
- Strong knowledge of fence construction techniques and materials.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to the job.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical condition, with the ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and having your own tools is a plus
