Searching for an experienced laborer with the opportunity to advance into a management position. Must have experience working with concrete, landscape, drainage and/or masonry.
Duties and Positions include the following.
Concrete: Setting forms and rebar, broom and trowel finish concrete
Landscape and Grade Work: irrigation repairs, planting trees and bushes, installing sod, weed barriers, skid steer operation preferred but not required.
Drainage: perforated drains, French drains, transfer drains, sump pump systems, channel drains, plumbing etc.
Masonry: CMU block labor, stone labor, 2CM Porcelain installation, porcelain floor tile and wall tile, outdoor kitchen construction, etc.
Requirements:
Experience is a must, if you are proficient in 2 or more of the categories above please apply.
Bilingual is preferred but not required
Truck or reliable transportation required.
Basic hand tools and power tools such as grinders, drills, hammers, saws, trowels etc.
Ability to work 40-50 hours a week
Compensation:
Pay depends on experience $20-$35/hour
