EXPERIENCED CLEANERS ONLY
Providing best in class commercial cleaning services, we are looking for highly motivated individuals, or a couple to clean a Learning Center.
Responsibilities:
Complete Statement of Work requirements for daily/weekly/monthly items (Majority of work effort involves sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming).
Follow all safety policies, protocols, and procedures associated with performing cleaning tasks.
Maintain a clean and professional environment.
Identify potential safety or maintenance issues, write them in the communication log, and notify management when necessary.
Arrive to client location at scheduled time (Anytime after 6:15pm).
How We Measure Success:
Customer satisfaction survey levels
Customer retention
Quality assurance scores based on manager surveys and feedback.
Requirements:
Ability to speak and write English fluently and relay information between the team, customers, and staff is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a service environment preferred.
Must be reliable, trustworthy, and have a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team (if applying as a couple).
Valid ID required.
Own transportation required.
May be subject to a background check.
