Overview:
Job Role: Service Provider
Job Type: Part-time, Contract
Location: 7455 W Camp Wisdom Rd
Total Units: 196 units/3 stories
Schedule: Sunday -Tuesday- Thursday Night (3 days)
Start Time: 7:00 PM
Total Shift Time: 2 to 3 hours (dependent on volume of trash)
Compensation: $700 per month
Responsibilities:
Diligently service ALL residential units and dumpster areas, ensuring the highest cleanliness and efficiency.
Collect and transfer trash bags from all apartment doors to the on-site dumpster/compactor.
Document and report any violations or discrepancies by taking a clear photo, ensuring the apartment number is visible, Email all violations the same night to the designated contact.
Key Requirements:
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. while navigating stairs.
Possession of a reliable smartphone for communication, capturing, and sending violations electronically via email.
Valid driver’s license and a current insurance card.
Access to a dependable truck for service execution.
Ideal Candidate:
Individuals seeking part-time employment, looking to bridge gaps in their resume, or those re-entering the workforce after an absence.
Motivated individuals new to the workforce or returning with limited experience and education.
