ABOUT THE JOB
This role will provide top notch service to business level clients. This is an inbound program combining elements of customer service and sales regarding phone, internet, and tv products.
We will be offering PAID TRAINING to give you best in class training support and make sure you are armed with the knowledge and skill set to do this job.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to customers regarding existing accounts
Answer questions regarding service and products
Negotiating and completing service order requests
Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed
Answer billing questions and assist with any billing disputes
Provide outstanding customer service on every call resulting in high customer satisfaction ratings
What You Will Bring:
Ability to multi-task, toggling multiple windows while speaking with the client
Fast learner with the ability to research issues and provide solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be 18 years or older
