Landmere is looking for an honest, dependable, mature, career oriented person to work on a commercial landscape maintenance truck serving our commercial landscape customers across DFW.
We are looking for long term employees with a good attitude, that's not afraid to get their hands dirty. All work is done outside in almost all types of weather conditions. Lifting requirements are up to 70 pounds.
This job is NOT seasonal. We operate ALL YEAR, Monday - Friday.
Applicants must be self motivated and have good leadership skills. Bi-lingual is a plus. Must be able to legally work in the US and have a valid drivers license. Must have access to transportation to our facility in Dallas. Work hours are Monday to Friday 7:00 to 4:00. This is a year round job.
Starting pay is $21.00-$23.00 per hour based on experience.
Job duties are: pull a trailer, operating a zero turn mower, shrub trimming, install new plants, and general landscape duties.

Requirements:
(3+ years preferred) experience as a lawn care/landscape foreman
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Driver’s License and good driving record
Excellent attention to detail
Verbal & written communications skills
Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background (i.e. clientele, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other designers)
Clean and professional appearance
Punctual and dependable
