Job Description:
As a Bilingual Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing landscaping projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, as well as a high level of motivation and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee landscaping projects, including site assessments, design implementation, and maintenance plans.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors in both English and Spanish.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines and financial targets.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify any issues or challenges, and implement solutions as needed.
Manage resources, equipment, and materials effectively to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Provide guidance and support to team members, including training on landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and client communications.
Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement strategies for business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering high-quality landscaping services.
Previous experience in landscaping or project management is preferred but not required. The owner of the business is willing to provide training to the right candidate.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
