Apt Porter/groundskeeper needed

Apartment Porter /Groundskeeper needed for Centerpoint Apartments. We are located in far North Dallas. Our address is 2626 Frankford Road Dallas 75287. We are a 461 unit community and we need someone who is energetic and extremely clean and conscientious about keeping grounds clean .must be willing to work in hot or cold weather picking up grounds and doing other‘s and end jobs on the property. Must have some groundskeeping experience and be responsible and reliable. We are paying $14-$15 per hour. The working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
