Sr Workday HCM Analyst
Transitioning from PeopleSoft to Workday
local to Dallas, TX area
Workday HCM, Core and/or Recruiting certified - strongly preferred
Requirements
Min. of 5 years experience in implementation and/or end-to-end enhancements, preferably with Workday or other HRIS implementation.
Must be skilled in the communication of implemented processes and procedures that goes beyond technical jargon.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource, Information Technology or related field
familiarity with PeopleSoft preferred
on-site to begin with potential to become hybrid as the implementation evolves
Must be local to Dallas!
