JD of HR Coordinator

Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.

Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting new employee orientations and preparing new employee files.

Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Provide assistance with benefits enrollment, updates, and related inquiries.

Manage and update content across all social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to promote the company culture and initiatives

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Assist managers in preparing performance reviews

Administer and monitor the Attendance Point System.

Support company events such as quarterly luncheons and parties.

Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience working in HR or Payroll, with experience in Paycom or a similar fully integrated HR/Payroll system.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus, but not required if the candidate has relevant work experience.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees

Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)

Key Responsibilities:
