Our private duty caregiving agency is seeking a proven Scheduling Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring that client care schedules are up to date and filled to ensure that clients are receiving the highest level of support services and continuity of care. Primary responsibilities:
· Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties involved
· Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for clients and caregivers
· Client and caregiver documentation in scheduling software
· Responds to questions regarding client and caregiver schedules
· Confirm and update caregiver availability
· Document skill and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to our clients
· Update office team on issues due to scheduling and HR recruitment needs
· Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close, team environment
· Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to clients and employees
· Strong customer service skills and ability to work well with deadlines and a sense of urgency
· Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by the management team
