Qualification/ What we are looking for
-Medical Back Office - experience is a plus
-Bi-Lingual is a PLUS
What you’ll do:
-Maintain clinic's schedule while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
-Rooming patients and documenting procedures
-Instructing patient how to perform breathing studies and documenting results
-Preparing and performing allergy skin test and patch test
-Preparing and performing various drug allergy testing and food challenges
-Uploading labs and imaging - forwarding to the ordering provider
-Answering calls and triaging to the correct department/ department head
-Administering vaccinations and medications
- Able to recognize and handle an emergency and follow clinic guidelines for those emergency situations
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work
-Daily and weekly reports
