Trinity Wellness Center, P.C. in Highland Village is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person to join our team. We are a natural healing clinic that supports and treats patients of all ages, with or without pain or illness. Job responsibilities include:
-Front desk (greeting patients) / patient flow coordinator
-Collecting patient payments
-Scheduling and appointment follow up
-Answering phones
-General office responsibilities
-One on one patient contact for therapy modalities
-General office cleanings
You will receive extensive training to help support other team members as needed. Medical or other office experience helps but none is necessary.
Position is 30-40 hours a week. The hours are approximately: Some full days, some half days but includes Saturday mornings, (except off one per month). Off Wednesday mornings, Friday afternoons and Sunday.
We are closed one Saturday monthly and come in that Wednesday morning for a staff meeting.
