Position Title: Full-Time or Part Time Caregiver for Adult Mental Health Residents
Location: Mansfield
Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time caregiver to provide support and assistance to adults experiencing mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, light housekeeping
Monitor clients’ mental health status and report any changes or concerns
Engage clients in meaningful social interaction
Maintain basic records
Ensure a safe living environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent desirable
Strong communication skills
Patience, empathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring flexibility in scheduling. Some evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required based on client needs.
