We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team!You will work alongside fellow caregiversto provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Provide patient careunder the direction of nursing staff

Administer prescribed medications to patients

Sterilizeand prepare medical tools and equipment

Assist in the transport of patients

Help patients with tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding. Assist with mobility, transferring patients between beds and wheelchairs.

Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate, and respiration rate. Report any significant changes to the nursing staff.

Apply dressings, change bandages, and assist with medical examinations.

Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients. This includes keeping patient rooms clean and organized, and ensuring patients are positioned correctly to prevent bedsores.

Observe patients closely, noting any changes in behavior or physical condition. Report these changes to the nursing staff to ensure timely intervention.

Assist physical therapists and occupational therapists in implementing rehabilitation programs for patients.

Provide emotional support to patients and their families, listening to their concerns and providing reassurance as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care activities, including vital signs, meals consumed, and assistance provided.

Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illness and ensure the well-being of patients and staff.

Work closely with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

​Qualifications:

Previous experience in nursing,patient care, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with patients

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Familiarity with medical terminology

Ability to work well in teams
