Job Title:Vietnamese / Korean/ Cantonese/ Spanish Bilingual Call Center Rep
Location:Irving, TX (Onsite)
Hours:Monday - Friday: Flexible to work an 8 hour shift between 8am - 7pm
Pay Rate: $18.00- 20.00/hr.(BOE)
Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and providing product information
Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal)
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers
Previous experience in call center role preferred, phone customer service is okay
Proficient in data entry and computer skills
