Whether you are a new graduate or have years of experience, we welcome ALL to apply! At our office, you are able to gain skill and speed and have the support you need as a new graduate practicing dentistry or be able to improve as a dentist with years of experience.

No Contract: At 7 Day Dental, there is NO contract. You are free to leave whenever you decide. Despite the no contract policy, our current associates have been with us for many years and look forward to continue growing with 7 Day Dental.
Benefits: We offer CE reimbursement, treatment autonomy, daily guarantee and flexible scheduling.
Mentorship: Dr. Bob Jing, owner of 7 Day Dental, will spend one week training prior to practicing at our office to discuss and explain any concerns that you might have regarding the day to day operations at 7 Day Dental. During this training, he will help with improving skills, how to produce and cover any subjects that will help with your dental journey.
No hidden deductions or hidden fees: You do not have to worry about any lab fees. ALL lab fees are paid for by the office. There are no fees deducted from your final paycheck.
Pay Transparency: We are very transparent about our pay because we can confidently say that all of our associates make more than the TX average. Our associates are paid based on collections. Our pay is 25% of collections from associate’s own hands + 25% of RDA generated procedures (x-rays, sealants, fluoride). Our pay is as simple as that; there are no deductions.
Full Practice Management: Our 7 Day Dental team takes care of patient flow, marketing, administrative tasks, and much more! All of our dental assistants and front desk team are trained and are known to have the best customer service. We also have a great billing department where the collections rate almost never drops below 98%.
