Guaranteed Base Pay of $1100 per day, $22,000 per month, $245,000 yearly or
percentage of production, whichever is higher.

Compensation Package: Up to a $70k sign on and retention Bonus package,
Minimum Guaranteed Base Pay of $250,000 and bonus opportunities above
production goals.
