Job Description:

Ali Baba Mediterranean is looking for skilled and friendly Restaurant Servers/Hosts/Kitchen staff to join our team! These positions play a big role for creating and providing the best customer experience and satisfaction. Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Restaurant Server duties and responsibilities

Provide excellent customer services

Greet customers and present menus

Make suggestions based on their preferences

Take and serve food/drinks orders

Up-sell when appropriate

Arrange table settings

Keep tables clean and tidy at all times

Deliver checks and collect payments

Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff

Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Restaurant Server requirements and qualifications

Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with bussers, cooks and other staff.

Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.

Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.

Pay range per position

Servers/Bussers - $200-$400 Per Day

Hosts - $13.00 an hour with opportunity to make much more through delivering catering orders and learning the menu to become a server/busser for our lunch buffet and A la carte menu.

Cook - $14.00 - $16.00

Restaurant Hours

Day and evening shifts available

Sunday – Thursday 9am - 3pm and 4pm - 8pm

Friday – Saturday 9am - 3pm and 4pm - 9pm
