What You’ll Do:
Lead with integrity, urgency, and a clear sense of ownership
Hold your team accountable to daily performance metrics, including labor efficiency, food cost, and sales targets
Hire, onboard, and develop hourly staff and shift leaders
Maintain an active presence on the floor while driving operations excellence
Deliver consistent training, coaching, and development to create a strong pipeline of internal talent

Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of experience managing a fast-paced QSR or fast-casual restaurant
Clear understanding of key performance indicators (KPI): labor %, food cost, average check, and throughput
Proven track record of building strong teams and retaining talent
Comfortable with performance management and holding others to a high standard
Open to feedback, growth-minded, and committed to continuous improvement
Bilingual is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 depending on experience
