KITCHEN HELPER & FOOD DELIVERY
Regular work hours are 3am - 8am (Mon - Fri)
3am – 7am in Kitchen as Helper and 7am – 8am as Food Delivery
Assist cook in preparation of very simple breakfast and lunch meal for daycare kids like sandwiches, quesadillas, pasta, etc.
Need to learn from the cook and be able to independently cook within couple weeks.
Food preparation includes peeling, chopping, cutting, washing dishes, and simple kitchen tasks.
Distribute food in food delivery boxes to area daycare centers in North Dallas area.
Kitchen is located in McKinney, close to 75 and 380
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. SUV or Pickup is preferred. Employee will be paid for mileage.
Current delivery will be to 1 day care center in Princeton, which is 10-15 mins from Kitchen. In future, more school deliveries will be added which will increase hours and salary. Need to have capacity in your personal vehicle to carry 4-5 hot boxes.
Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to communicate.
No prior cooking experience is required; however, need to have positive and energetic attitude and be able to follow simple directions.
This is an hourly job of approximately $1,300 per month.
Have a Food Handler Certificate or be able to get one before the start of job. Employer can assist with payment of fees of an easy 2 hr online course available in English and Spanish.
This is a growing business. If desired, work hours can increase.
