Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position is temp-to-hire.
Duties:
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas.
Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Sanitize surfaces and ensure that all areas meet health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests promptly and courteously.
Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain consistency in service delivery.
Requirements:
Previous experience in residential housekeeping is preferred.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning and sanitation.
Must have clean background, negative drug test, valid DL with clean driving record.
