Cibo Cucina Italiana is seeking experienced and friendly Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team! We are located in the heart of Plano and pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service
Greet and assist customers with menu selections
Take and serve food and drink orders
Upsell when appropriate to enhance guest experience
Ensure tables are clean and presentable at all times
Process payments and deliver checks
Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff
Follow health department regulations and customer service guidelines
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and handling money
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Shift Availability:
Monday - Thursday 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Saturday (AM) 9:00 AM - 3:00PM
Saturday (PM) 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Sunday (AM) 9:00 AM - 3:00PM
Sunday (PM) 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
