This is a full-time position and we require weekend availability.
Experience with trimming and portioning meat is preferred.
Because we work with primal cuts, we can teach you the basics needed to excel at the job without the heavy lifting or years of expertise breaking down a whole animal.
As you learn, we will teach you about other aspects of butchery including specialty cuts, sausage making and other methods.
No seafood or shellfish.
Candidate must be able to work in cold and wet conditions.
