Our General Managers have a salary of up to $1100/week + bonus. The bonus pool is 17.5%-20% of your store's profit! The GM gets 75% of the store's bonus pool. Excellent GMs follow our systems and processes, know how to drive results, and run a profitable store by controlling food and labor costs. There are 13 periods in our fiscal year.
Keep in mind that we have a great bonus structure because we want you to make money and earn a good living. However, the bonus needs to be earned, it's not just given away. You should be able to manage your numbers (food and labor costs), be great at leading a team, and manage a business.
Expect to work 5-6 days per week as a General Manager. You are in charge of your operation. If your store needs you six days per week, take care of your business and make it so that you can take two days off.
Did you know that many of our General Managers began their career as delivery drivers with us? (95% of all franchisees started with us as a CSR or a Delivery Expert!)
Remember that you should be able to provide a valid Texas driver's license, have a reliable vehicle, have proof of auto insurance, understand we will do a complete background check, have a winning attitude, and be humble, hungry, and smart. GMs should have business acumen and a high level of soft skills.
To be considered for a General Manager position, use common sense and ask yourself this question, "Am I qualified for the General Manager role?”
