DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a clean and organized dish area.
Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
Restock all plate ware and silverware at each station.
Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
