JOB DESCRIPTION
Regular work hours are 4:00am – 11:00am (Mon - Fri).
Cook and prepare very simple breakfast and lunch meal for daycare kids.
Items like: Muffins, Bread Pudding, Alfredo Pasta, Sandwiches, Hot Dog, Pizza, Nuggets. Steam Vegetables like: Broccoli, Bean, Carrot, Mixed Veg. etc.
Food quantity is for 500 kids. Age 1 to 5 years
After food preparation (4am - 7am), distribute food to area daycare centers (7am - 11am).
Once or twice weekly grocery pickup from Retail store in Richardson and McKinney
Kitchen is located in McKinney, close to 75 and 380
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Preferred vehicle will be large SUV or truck. If in future, company vehicle is acquired, there will be no mileage compensation.
Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to communicate.
This is the main cook position. There will be one or two helpers, but cook is expected to guide and take charge of food preparation.
Able to lift 20 lbs.
