Club Manager (Full-Time)
We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Club Manager to lead our team. Compensation: $62k-$80k per year in Salary +bonus.
Responsibilities:
As a Club Manager, your primary focus will be on strategically increasing the number of model servers on staff, as this directly correlates with increased sales and maximizing club profitability (approximately 80% of your responsibilities). The remaining 20% will involve overseeing sales performance and maintaining club cleanliness, all with a sharp focus on raising sales and maximizing club profitability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Aggressively recruiting, hiring, and effectively scheduling a high volume of talented model servers to ensure optimal staffing levels, directly correlating with increased customer engagement and maximized revenue generation. Motivating, coaching, and inspiring our service teams to consistently achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets, directly contributing to increased club earnings. Developing and implementing targeted sales training programs for waitstaff, focusing on effective upselling techniques, suggestive selling, and maximizing average customer spend. Conducting engaging pre-shift meetings to align staff, communicate sales goals, boost morale, reinforce strategies for maximizing revenue, and provide actionable tips for service improvement. Implementing ongoing training and development programs for all service staff, emphasizing impeccable customer service, guest satisfaction, and building rapport to encourage repeat business and higher spend. Continuously monitoring and analyzing sales performance of waitstaff, identifying trends, providing individualized feedback, implementing corrective actions, and developing innovative strategies to boost revenue per guest. Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the club, creating an appealing environment that enhances the guest experience and encourages customer spend and repeat business. Managing overall club operations with an emphasis on efficiency and cost-effectiveness to ensure smooth and profitable shifts. Proactively resolving any issues or challenges that arise during operating hours, minimizing disruption and protecting club revenue. Developing and executing strategies to increase overall club sales and profitability, constantly seeking new opportunities for revenue growth and enhancing the guest experience by leveraging a robust team of model servers.
Entry Level Floor Manager/Floormen: Part-time
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as part-time Floor Managers/Floormen.
Responsibilities:
-Maintaining a high level of service for our VIP guests
-Managing VIP rooms and selling upgrades
-Assisting waitstaff with club cleanliness
-Ensuring the overall happiness of our customers
-Greeting and seating guests
-Escalating any issues to management as needed
-Escorting entertainers to guests
Compensation: Hourly plus tips and commission.
Earn between $700 and $1000 per week
