The Restaurant: Spiral Diner is a full-service diner and bakery, specializing in vegan comfort food made without animal ingredients. We are hiring for multiple positions and offer cross training for those who may have previous experience in BOH or FOH but want to learn new skills.The Positions: The line cook is responsible for grilling, sautéing, and assembling food per order. They must maintain a clean, sanitary work environment as well as ensure high quality and proper presentation of all plates.The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes and cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is clean, safe and sanitary.We are also hiring for Front of House positions.More information about these positions and others can be given during an in-person interview.The Hours: Part-time and full-time hours available.
