Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesigning, deploying and optimizing Versa SDWAN solutions, providing technical leadership  and collaborating with customers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.Analyzes, designs and develops technical solutions to customer reported problems and internally reported issuesHelps L3 support and customers to solve reported product and network problems of varied complexityReplicate customer issues in the lab environment.Coordinate with OEMs to replicate customer issues and test possible fixes.Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and feature Develop , define and create best practices  for Network
