CTG is seeking to fill a Trust Administrator opening for our client in Dallas, TX.Location: Dallas, TXDuration: 6 monthsOverview:The Trust Administrator will assist with various aspects of Global Capital Markets trust or entity administration for high-net-worth private and institutional clients. This role will involve serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding routine daily administration, processing transactions, and ensuring effective client servicing.Primary Responsibilities:

Support the Relationship Manager in overseeing client relationships, making recommendations for routine internal business activities.

Assist account representatives in revenue-generating activities by preparing necessary documentation for meetings.

Manage the daily implementation of client strategies as needed.

Foster and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and facilitating requests.

Process transactions including cash disbursements, trades, account balances, and new account setups.

Resolve client issues in a timely manner, managing relationships with internal and external service partners.

Stay current on industry news and demonstrate applicable knowledge to clients.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls to minimize risks.

Provide support to team members as needed and promote a diverse work environment.

Scope of Responsibilities:This position works under supervision and may provide support to less experienced personnel.Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:NoneEducation and Experience Required:

Combined minimum of 3 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience.

Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.

Working towards CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification.

Proficient in relevant software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Experience in a team environment and demonstrated interpersonal skills.

Proven analytical skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
