- Respond to customer inquiries, by phone or in the office, with a high level of customer service
- Support a Wealth Strategist with medium to high complexity accounts
- Assist with preparation of correspondence and client reports
- Work with the Wealth Strategist to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, high-level customer satisfaction maintenance, and other duties as requested or assigned
- A financial background is preferred, Trust Operations background a plus, strong organizational and time management skills, strong with numbers, ability to multi-task and prioritize projects, great communication skills, knowledge of Excel/Word/Trust Accounting System, ability to work in a fast-pace environment.
