Posting Number: W00127PDepartment: Educational Technology ServicesSalary Range: $17.00 per hourPay Basis: HourlyPosition Status: TemporaryLocation: RichardsonJob Summary: The Testing Assistant provides front-line services to prospective and current students and assists them by providing the necessary materials and parameters to effectively administering all electronic and written exams given in the UT Dallas Testing Center.Minimum Qualifications:High school graduate or equivalent: Some college coursework or relevant experience.Preferred Education and Experience: · Two years of college and one year of related work experience· Experience in an office or testing center environment

Knowledge of college policies, procedures, and operations

Knowledge of prescribed testing conditions and testing security

Customer service and professional courtesy skills

Time management skills

Ability to pay attention to detail

Ability to articulate testing requirements

Ability to follow oral and written instructions precisely

Ability to maintain constant vigilance and detect any sign of scholastic dishonesty
