Collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition team, you will manage relationships critical to our permanent efforts while providing essential support for the myTemp (temp/contingent) program. Your expertise will help us optimize our talent acquisition strategies and enhance our vendor management processes.What You'll Do:

Manage agency relationships for permanent hiring and lead the myTemp (temp/contingent) program.

Oversee program and vendor maintenance, including change management and program expansion.

Improve CBRE’s agency partnership program and update internal policies regarding agency usage.

Collaborate with talent acquisition, hiring managers, and procurement to identify suitable agencies while ensuring competitive pricing.

Stay informed about the labor market, including skill availability and salary benchmarks.

Distribute job requisitions to approved staffing agencies and ensure compliance.

Conduct regular reviews of program performance and proactively resolve issues.

Train hiring managers and agencies on the CBRE recruitment and hiring process.

Provide regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses on recruitment metrics and agency performance to management.

Assist in developing and documenting operational processes, project plans, and related documentation.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 6 + years of relevant experience.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, experience in a talent acquisition background will be highly regarded.

Experience working directly with managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes.

Ability to effectively communicate with and respond to questions from managers, executives and staffing agencies.

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and solve problems.

Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment

Experience working with applicant-tracking systems (ATS) or vendor management systems (VMS)

Understanding of recruiting metrics, report development and analysis.

Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment.
