Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Product Management and Quality Assurance to translate business requirements into technical requirements
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, software architecture principles, and scrum throughout the software development lifecycle.
Software Development and Code Review of features
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
Key Qualifications:
5+ Years Strong technical expertise in one or more programming languages (Go, Python, JavaScript) and databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB)
5+ Years Experience in a software engineering role, delivering complex, scalable, and reliable software solutions
1+ Years In a leadership or management role
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively
Passion for innovation and a relentless drive to make things better
