Lead development teams on most relevant tools/techniques to solve client issues and exceed client requirements

Lead projects teams, plan, manage, and deliver solutions in accordance to service level agreements

Manage, organize, and maintain goals established for project deliverables

Demonstrate accountability to successfully realize client goals

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience

5+ years of proven experience as a Windows System Administrator, VMWare, VDI and/or Linux Administrator

Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining virtualization systems such as VMWare VSphere

Administration skills specific to system upgrades, maintenance, server tuning and hypervisor server hardening

Exposure and knowledge of DNS(Domain Name System)

Exposure to Redhat Linux and AWS Cloud environments

Experience working in a Linuxand AWS Cloudenvironment

Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

Ability to travel 50% of time on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in technology or engineering.
