Senior IT Administrator

We are hiring a Senior Information Technologies Administrator who will be responsible for overseeing workstation and server deployment, including the installation of applications/software and the setup/movement of hardware. Responsibilities include ability to configure, implement, maintain, and support applications/software with other internal IT staff and third-party consultants. The role is in the Dallas, TX office but may require travel. This position will report directly to the Managing Director IT. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Installing, configuring, and managing Microsoft and Linux Server SystemsManaging deployment of Meraki networking equipmentHybrid on-prem and cloud backend infrastructure including Vmware, Azure, and AWSManaging and maintaining proper licensing for auditing and complianceAssist with technical project planning and technical due diligence for M&A activityAct as an escalation point for junior technical staffAudit the SOCOTEC USA Cyber Security standard deploymentsHardware, software, and infrastructure investment lifecycle managementFacility Teams VOIP deployment for a national platformIdentify cost savings opportunities across software, hardware, consultants, and vendorsManage third party vendor agreements and contractsAssist in purchasing, procurement, and expense reportingStreamline onboarding, offboarding, and hardware deployments activity
