Responsibilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good experience with Stakeholder Management.
- Provide exceptional client services and full-lifecycle recruiting.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in IT requirements.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
- Prescreens candidates through phone interviews and face-to-face interviews. Present qualified candidates to the hiring manager for follow-up interviews.
- Prepares candidates for interviewing with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
- Able to understand the local market and proactively build a pipeline.
- College degree required
- 5-8 years of recruiting experience required, recruiting for federal contracts preferred
- Good knowledge of Visa types and Tax Terms.
- Hands-on experience in handling VMS Systems like (Field Glass, Pro unlimited, Beeline)
- Should have experience in using different job boards to perform searches
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Internet recruiting tools
