This position is responsible for all code based solutions with Salesforce, system integration with 3rd party applications and data management through middleware (Jitterbit). The Salesforce Technical Lead will work closely with the Business Analyst and offshore tech/functional teams to develop, troubleshoot, deploy solutions that support business requirements Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing (contributing and leading) in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies to build customized solutions.
- Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
- Flexible to work in overlapping time with off-shore teams.
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Experience in writing Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components is needed as well as strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users is important. Overall technical project management experience is a must, with strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams is required.
- Jitterbit, AWS (EC2, S2) experience is ideal and a Salesforce Platform Developer certification is preferred.
