- Strong experience working with Boolean search strings
- Experienced sourcing candidates through a variety of job boards
- Ability to connect with candidates and build relationships for open roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship
- A history of recruiting for roles in the engineering space
- Experience working on clearance role such as Secret, and Top Secret
- Recruitment on high volume of roles
- Experience working with internal ATS
