You will report directly to our Quality Control Supervisor, and you will work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location. This is a great opportunity for FAA-certified aircraft mechanics and inspectors with prior experience in quality control inspection, testing, and compliance with FAA regulations.In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products by conducting detailed inspections, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. Perform thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.

Utilize analytical techniques to analyze data and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Experience in quality control or inspection in aerospace, commercial, or military aviation.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of analytical inspection techniques and instruments

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems

Ability to interpret and analyze data.

WE VALUE

High school diploma or equivalent

Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License

Experience as an FAA designee or commercial/military inspector

Experience in the maintenance and repair of airframes, powerplants, and aircraft systems,

Knowledge of labeling requirements

Knowledge of standard quality control inspection practices

Familiarity with Electronic Corrective Action Tracking System (ECATS) is strongly desired.

Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Ability to use tools and techniques to perform tests

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Current Repairman Certificate or ability to acquire
