Overview: We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to lead and coordinate plumbing operations across multiple job sites. In this role, you will supervise field teams, ensure projects are completed on schedule, and uphold quality and safety standards. Employee Benefits:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and oversee commercial plumbing work across multiple job sites

Provide leadership and guidance to field teams, ensuring quality and timely completion of work

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers as needed

Schedule and manage daily tasks for helpers and subcontractors in alignment with project scopes

Address and resolve work-related concerns, including procedural issues, complaints, damages, and delays

Maintain detailed daily logs and provide updates to management as necessary

Implement effective cost-control strategies and operational efficiencies

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and submit required safety reports

Schedule and coordinate inspections with regulatory officials

Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 5–10 years as a superintendent and 5–10 years in plumbing

Current Journeyman or higher plumbing license required

Experience in multi-family projects preferred, but not required

Valid driver’s license

Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office

Strong project scheduling and deadline management skills

Ability to work in outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions
