H.S. Diploma or Equivalent is required

Experience

3 Years of Experience in the maintenance and repair of physical plant equipment and utilities systems is required

1 year of experience within Highrise building maintenance to include working within electrical, HVAC or plumbing is strongly preferred.

Healthcare environment is preferred

License/ Certification

DL - Drivers License Valid Class C Driver's License Upon Hire is required

What You Will Do· Maintain the efficient operation of the facility by:o Identify equipment operational and maintenance needso Implement preventive maintenance program for plant equipment, machinery, and related facilitieso Record mechanical equipment readings and ensure accuracy of records kepto Maintain plant safety featureso Perform major repair on machinery and to the facility including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and mechanical equipment.· Perform routine mechanical, electrical, or machining maintenance activities on equipment including lubrication, inspection, replacement of parts, and related plant work activities.· Utilize the CMMS to keep accurate computerized records of activities, time, and materials required keeps accurate reports of equipment maintenance and performance.· Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs, educational opportunities, and related training.Additional perks of being a Texas Health EmployeeAt Texas Health Resources, our mission is “to improve the health of the people in the communities we serve”.Our award-winning culture is a tribute to our amazing employees.
