Description We are in the process of recruiting a Litigation Paralegal for a Texas based law firm in Dallas, Texas, 75202. The law firm focuses on complex litigation for clients across the United States. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team, focusing on litigation, case management, and legal documentation. Your role will involve legal research, coordination with various stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to court rules and deadlines. Responsibilities Collaborate with attorneys during all stages of litigation, from the beginning through trial and post-trial appeals. Execute legal research, gather, and systematize case materials which include discovery responses, medical records, and depositions. Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas. Ensure documents are prepared and filed in state and federal courts, adhering to all rules and deadlines. Manage extensive document productions, including the organization and review of e-discovery using litigation support software. Coordinate with experts, witnesses, and vendors, and also schedule depositions, hearings, and trials. Maintain case files, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with court calendars and case timelines. Provide support during trial, including preparation of exhibits, trial notebooks, and coordination of logistics.
