- Overall 15+ Years of Oracle Applications and Oracle Technology Solution Delivery Experience
- Past Two projects s/he should have worked in managing the large/complex global delivery oracle transformation programs or large Oracle Production Support programs
- Experience and background in designing and deploying the Oracle solutions for Financial or Supply Chain domains for large global MNC firms
- Should have manage the senior client stakeholders and lead the conversations and meeting with senior client executives
- Should have manage the profitability and execution KPI for the programs, including the metrics for solution design, delivery and post implementation
- Should be with strong Oracle consulting background, with experience of leading the programs and practices in one of the global large SI or large business consulting firms
- Should have experience in managing the people aspects, financial aspects, and software delivery aspects for the programs
- Should be good problem solver, good communicator, and good people manager with proven skills and experience to manage the complex business situations
