As an Operations Coordinator, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that range from processing customer requests and maintaining accurate records, to ensuring the efficiency of office functions and carrying out various operational procedures. Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications Maintain accurate customer credit records Respond to customer and carrier requests Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to standards Execute non-standardized activities related to carrier payments Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Execute various shipping functions and logistics operations Use Microsoft Office Suite to perform tasks and manage records Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures Manage scheduling appointments and invoicing tasks Maintain high quality and efficiency in all operations Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment Foster creativity and innovation in problem-solving.Requirements Should possess excellent Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships. Must have strong Communication skills to effectively convey information and work collaboratively with team members. Proficiency in Office Functions, including the ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation. Understanding of Operations and Procedures to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to established processes. Ability to Schedule Appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings. Experience with Invoice and Payment Processing to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. Commitment to Quality in all aspects of work, including attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for effective email communication and schedule management. Knowledge of Logistics and Shipping Functions to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. Experience in Call Center Customer Service to manage customer queries and complaints effectively. Excellent Time Management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to Execute tasks efficiently and effectively in line with company goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites for efficient document management and communication. Knowledge of Company Policy to ensure all operations are in line with company standards. Prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Experience in a Call Center environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. Understanding of Standard Operation Procedure to ensure all tasks are performed in line with established guidelines. Knowledge of Transportation Services to manage and coordinate deliveries effectively. Creativity and Innovation skills to bring new ideas and improve current processes. Ability to develop and execute Validation Plans to ensure all processes and systems are functioning correctly.
