Our client, a leader in Property & Facilities Management, is seeking a Lease Admin Sr Analyst to join their team. As a Lease Admin Sr Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various functional teams within the organization. The ideal candidate will have critical thinking skills, the ability to multi-task, and a strong understanding of corporate leases, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Lease Admin Sr AnalystHours: M-F 8am - 5pmPay Range: CompetitiveWhat's the Job?
Support the integrity of real estate portfolio data for a large, complex portfolio of clients.
Input, maintain, and organize information regarding lease dates, dollar values, and financial transactions.
Act as a team lead, providing workflow direction and account supervision to co-workers.
Prepare lease abstracts and narratives for monthly variance reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Track payables and receivables associated with leases and prepare invoices for subtenants.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in lease administration or related fields.
High School Diploma with applicable experience.
Proficiency in Excel and lease management software.
Strong critical thinking and multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to read and interpret corporate leases.
