You’re a solid project manager and collaborator who is ready for the next challenge. Your current boss will hate to see you go!ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Reinvigorate and reestablish our Social Center of Excellence as the go-to resource for social media best practices, trainings, communications and collaboration across the company.

Collaborate with platform, vendor and agency teams to stay on the cusp of innovation, then translate that information into actionable insights to improve our social relevance

Ensure our brand is kept safe on social, contributing to social media policy, social media training, access assurance processes, tools oversite and audits.

Maintain oversite, ensure compliance and guide operational excellence across our full AT&T social media ecosystem inclusive of core brand, extended brands, and retail store handles.

Use data-driven insights to optimize constantly, identify trends and inform future strategies. Track, analyze and report on key impacts.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Social Media Governance & Ops lead for a Brand or Agency

Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their associated business managers, and operational best practices

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms

Passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends

Thrive in ambiguity and the charting of new courses; no one day is the same as another

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt rapidly to aggressive deadlines

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Preferred bachelor’s degree.

Experience: Typically, 6+ years of relevant experience in field and or certification may be required.

Supervisory: No.

Our Lead Manager – Social Media Governance & Operations managers earn between $105,600 & $158,400 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
