- Having min 8 experience working with Kronos Workforce Management especially in interfaces & configuration of Timekeeper, Scheduling, Absence Management and WIM and should be hands-on.
- Experience to develop and Support new WIM interfaces, modifying the existing interfaces.
- Quick analytical and troubleshooting skills in WIM interface and SQL T-SQL queries Stored procedures and Functions
- Understand and translate business requirements into detailed, comprehensive technical solutions
- Ability to configure, support and troubleshoot WDM Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch terminals).
- Experience to Create, Modify and Support Custom reports using SSRS (RDL).
- This role requires complete domain expertise of Kronos Workforce Central suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative skills to interact with business users and client management.

- Implementing change in the context of a formal System Development Life Cycle methodology.
- Developing alternative solutions and presenting recommendations to customers and IT management.
- Supporting end users on multiple HR platforms.
- Working in an Kronos technical environment and troubleshooting Kronos functionality.
- Independently and comfortably working on technical, configuration and process related tasks.
- Understanding of ITSM concepts like Incident management , Service management and Problem management is required
